How to Set Up Your Tidio Personal Profile - Easy Tutorial!

Hey everyone! Today, I'm going to walk you through setting up your personal profile on Tidio, the complete customer experience system, and guess what? It's absolutely free!

So, let's dive right in!

First things first, log in to your Tidio dashboard.

towards the left corner of your dashboard, you'll see the settings icon. Click on it.

The settings are divided into three sections: channels, personal, and general. For today, we'll focus on the 'personal' section.

Under 'personal', you'll find 'account', 'notifications', and 'operating hours'.

Let's start with 'account'. Here, you'll input your name, add a profile picture, your email address, and your region or location. Don't forget to select your preferred language. Tidio supports seven languages, so choose the one you're most comfortable with.

Next up, 'notifications'. Tick the boxes for your preferred notification settings and choose a sound type. You can even send a test notification to see how it works. And to make sure you never miss a chat, you can set up email forwarding notifications, especially useful when all your operators are offline.

Last but not least, 'operating hours'. This is where you decide when you want to appear online or offline. By default, if it's disabled, you'll be permanently online, which doesn't seem very human-like, does it? smiles

When enabled, drag the pointer to set your online times for each day. You can have multiple online periods throughout the day and even choose to be offline on certain days. The timezone is automatically set based on your region settings.

And there you have it! Setting up your personal profile on Tidio is a breeze. It's all about personalizing your customer experience and making sure you're available when your customers need you.
