Setting Up Canned Responses on tidio for free

So, as usual, let's head over to our Tidio dashboard. If you're not there yet, just log in and you're good to go. Now, remember in our previous videos, we've covered setting up our profile and configuring all our communication channels. Today, it's all about making our chat experience smoother.

To access our settings, look for the gear icon down on the bottom left side of the dashboard. Click on that, and then navigate to the "General" tab. Now, within this tab, you'll find various sub-tabs, but today, our focus is on canned responses.

Alright, here we are at canned responses. This feature is a real time-saver, let me tell you. Basically, you can create responses to common questions or queries from your users. It's like having your FAQ section ready to go at a moment's notice. You can see there are already some pre-generated responses here, but we'll add our own.

Hit that lovely blue "Add New Canned Response" button, and then craft your response. Oh, and don't forget to include a hashtag – this helps you organize your responses into different topics, making them easy to find during chats. And the best part? You can edit or delete these responses whenever you want.

Now, let's see this in action. Head over to your inbox on the dashboard and open up any conversation. See that little icon that looks like a thunderbolt? Click on that, and voila! All your saved responses appear. You can even filter them by tags to find exactly what you need. It's like magic!
