Setting Up project & billings on Tidio
Howdy folks, welcome back to our Tidio tutorial series! Today, we're diving into Part 8, where we'll explore the nitty-gritty of projects and billing. And guess what? It's all for free! Yep, you heard me right. Setting up your Tidio experience doesn't have to cost you a dime, and I'm here to walk you through it step by step.
So far, we've covered setting up your profile and configuring all your communication channels. If you missed any of that, don't worry, you can catch up in our previous videos. But for now, let's roll up our sleeves and head straight to the settings. You'll find that trusty gear icon down there in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
Once you've clicked on that, navigate your way to the General tab. Today, our spotlight is on the Projects & Billing section. But hey, we're not here to talk about bills, are we? Nah, we're all about preferences. So, let's click on over to the Preferences dashboard.

Now, check out this neat feature – Reports. By enabling this, you'll get a bird's eye view of how your project is performing. You can even choose the frequency of these reports and where they land – straight in your inbox! Talk about staying on top of things.
Next up, we've got Visitor Notifications. Picture this: a customer sends you a message, but they're offline. No worries! With this feature, they'll get a heads up when you reply, ensuring they never miss a beat. It's all about that seamless customer experience, folks.
And hey, if you ever feel like hitting the reset button, you can delete a project with just a few clicks. But hey, let's not get trigger-happy with that one, alright? Once you're set up here, you're in control, my friend.
