Don't Panic! Restore Your Deleted Instagram Posts in Minutes

Instagram keeps deleted content in a "Recently Deleted" folder for 30 days except for stories that aren't in your archive, which stay for 24 hours.

Here's how to restore it:

first Go to your profile and tap the three lines in the top right.

Then Select "Your Activity" and scroll down to "Recently Deleted".

Tap the post or story you want to restore, then tap more options.

here tap on "Restore to Profile".
