So, as usual, head over to your Tidio dashboard. You know the drill by now. And if you haven't signed up for Tidio yet, hey, it's free and super simple to get started.
Alright, so far in our series, we've covered setting up your profile and getting all your channels up and running. Now, let's navigate to the settings. You'll find the gear icon on the bottom left side of the dashboard. Click on it, and let's dive into the general settings.
Today, our focus is on setting up customer satisfaction surveys. This is crucial for understanding how your customers feel about their experience with your brand. You'll find it under the general tabs.
Click on "Customer Satisfaction Survey." Here, you have two options: you can gather customer satisfaction feedback from live conversations or via email through ticket handling. Enable it and let's set up your messages.
Now, head over to the tickets tab and do the same thing. Set up the trigger time for when the satisfaction survey will be sent after a ticket has been resolved. This way, you can collect feedback on customer satisfaction from your website's live conversations and ticket interactions.
And that's it, folks! With just a few clicks, you're now collecting valuable insights into your customers' satisfaction, all while staying in control of the process.
